Conversion from Director MX 2004 to 11

We produce some educational software that is written in Director. We having been trying to convert it from MX 2004 to 11 so that we can publish it in a form that will run in the forthcoming Mac OSX 10.7 Lion, but have not been very successful. It has a .osx (or, as it will be, a .app) file that then launches a .dir file which is the main part of the software. We can get the .app file to work, but then the .dir file hits problems. In particular, Xtras are not working, even though they are x32 versions. We are looking for someone who will be able to get the software working for us in the new format.
