Conversion of .txt file

Looking for someone to write a script and create an executable file that will take the attached file, [login to view URL], and reformat according to the attached .xls. The script should perform the following: 1) remove duplicate records, based on following fields: sku, product-name, asin, field-name, alert-type, current-value 2) create a grid, similar to the data contained in the output workbook, so that there is one row, per sku 3) save the new file as a .txt
