I'm looking for an Angular 2 expert to build a form builder. The form builder includes UI elements (textbox, dropdown, listbox, etc..) that the user can drag-n-drop on the form. Each UI element has properties (font style, color, size, border width, etc..) that the user can change.
The emphasis is on creating a webapp with scalable architecture.
