Data scraping and CSV output

This will be a simple data scraping console application written in C# using the AngleSharp library ([login to view URL]). Requirements: - Scan CSV for input. - Output results to CSV. The output CSV will contain the original columns, plus a new column for output, titled "AssessedOwner". - For each row in the Input CSV, open the URL in the column labeled "GoToUrl". The resulting page will contain a HTML table with one link per row (example: [login to view URL]). - Each link will be visited, and the "Assessed Owner" section will be saved to the Ouput CSV, in the "AssessedOwner" column (example: [login to view URL]). The output value will be surrounded by double quotes. - If the "GoToUrl" page does not contain any links, output "N/A" to the "AssessedOwner" field. Example input and output CSV files are attached.
