Develop a Mac Application

I want an application that will help reduce cyberbullying, this is a class assignment. The application will work between the ages of 9 to 16, these kids are currently living and under the rules of their parents so, there call line and networks are under the names of their parents. 1. This app should allow parents to register their kid's social media site to this application to able them monitor their activities online and anywhere, once they log into the site. 2. It should also allow parents to monitor their kid's moving from home to school, playground, visit with a friend etc. 3. This application should also detect or block nasty words or images sent from someone else to their kid's social media.
