Develop a customize internet browser base on webkit

Currently we are facing internet censorship in places like China. The main problems we are facing were DNS poisoning (blockage) or port 80 being blocked or hijacked. We would like to create a internet browser that contains a database of alternative mirrored domain names and IPs. These alternative Domain names and IP Addresses should be updatable and renewable as and when it's required. So that if our domain name is blocked, the browser can still enable our users to access the website using the other unblocked links in the browser. This list of domain names can be auto updated regularly. The browser should be branded and work like a gateway of the website. The requirements are as follows: - Design an architecture to ensure that the website can be visited at all times - Develop the web browser using webkit (Chrome) or Firefox - This browser can open mutiple tabs - Ability to push updates. Able to auto update the list of domain names whenever the browser is activated - This browser should be able to upgrade or update or inform user to upgrade into new version when it's available - Must support Windows 7 and above and Mac OSX - Solution have to be in a Single package, It is good if it is in portable format (Do not require any installation) - Solution should include the use of different domain names and different ports to circumvent internet censorship or running behind proxy https, if possible - Browser must menu / setting must be in Chinese Simiplified if base OS is a Chinese System - We would require to have the access of the full source code Some Consideration (Good to have) - The mirrored domain name / ip address can be hidden from users (prevent user to decompile and block all our alternative address) - A plugin or a buttons on the browser to allow 'changed of mirrored domains, incase it's being blocked' (something like tor browser) - This browser can have it's own browser header - The browser can be a minimal stripped off Chromium-based browser - A push notification function to be recieved by the end-user Work Process Proposal - The Design and Conceptualise of the Architecture, such as how can we update the list of domains, how can the software can be updated, how can we prevent ourselve of being blocked. UI Design - How the interface will Look like, what are we expecting on the browser (the ease of use) Develop - Development Phase Testings - We will test the solution in China Updates - We will require updates of the software and support
