If your Fortran works like a typical Linux application with command line inputs/outputs we can write a Java GUI to manage the I/O. Otherwise, you will need the Fortran source code because we'll probably need to do some modifications in order to make it compatible with a Java GUI. Hello, my name is George Bouris. I can write for you a java utility that allows you to enter the arguments that the fortran software accepts in its command line, calls the fortran program, passing the arguments to it and grabs, parses and displays the returned data inside its UI. It will, also, validate (if possible) the user input. I suppose that you want a GUI program (a command line one is possible, of course) and I'm going to write it in Netbeans.
