A Mini MS Windows software

A program to read directory file name, read a txt file and modify and replace the file name with a string of text file. A. create a windows interface menu with 5 buttons . B. when clicked the button A, link to a file and execute e.g. C:\ABC\[login to view URL] C. A checkbox at right side of the button A, when clicked the button A, the check box will checked auto. D. Button B have a same function as button A. E. When clicked a button C, a menu to select a date, a button can select today or specific date, Read a file name from directory, the file name saved by a date and some string　e.g. ABCDEF999”20151221”.txt , the file must match with the first string of the file name with ABCDEF999 , when the string and date matched, read the file name . replace a readed file name with a specified string of a .txt file, save the txt file, and prompt "txt file modified completed". F. Button D have same function with button A and B. G. A finish button to close the program. All source code must be modifiable. Can run on windows 32bit or 64bit , execute by exe file. Developer Need to provide(or advice) the software and source to convert to exe file. Developer need to accept a small function changes (around 10%) with budget employer accepted.
