we had C# .net application. we want to support our customers through windows assistance, and web chat. we had server and sql server installed. we are looking for 2 solutions, 1 at our client end, 2 at our end 1. .net code for Service Request Button (SRB). once my client press SRB, it should show flash at our call center. we will put your code into our existing system. 2. our tech support member should able to chat with him and able to run remote desktop though windows assistance. and our tech support member can explore from knowledge base for reference 3. we need history of the service provided. thanking you Damodar Rao
