I use Mautic. how strong are you in zoho crm 1-100? rate your salesforce crm knowledge 1-100%? I know the underlying API principals. I avoid Zoho and Salesforce in favor of open source alternatives. Working with the underlying software requires more skill than implementing a catered API. have you ever customized or worked with salesforce CRM beyond being a user? have you ever grab data from salesforce and insert it into zoho crm, live real time? Real time is inaccurate. There should be callback functions pointing to endpoints. My plan is to create a bridge server between to the two using AWS Lambda or loopback.
