Create a function in R to calculate cell values based on formulas

Hi boxhasjack, thank you for encouraging me to bid; I could get this done over the weekend, but I have a couple of questions. Why does the input table have identical prices for each quarter? Hello, I have a couple of questions about this project. I am very skilled with Excel and VBA and macros and I think this task could be easily done using VBA. But, I guess you need it to be done using R programming, which I am familiar with, but not proficient as with VBA. Anyway, I think for using R, you would need to convert this xlsx file to .csv and then you can use R to calculate formulas. I think I could do this, if you gave me an opportunity to do it.
