Configure Policyd for Zimbra

Hi,
We are using a VPS for enterprise email and we need someone to configure and test policyd to limit the number of outgoing emails.
Zimbra 8 is already installed and working, policyd has been installed as explained here [url removed, login to view] but we think that there is a problem with the configuraion because when we check statistics on zimbra we check the number of emails sent from Zimbra Monitoring page, we see some 20K. With the outgoing limit set to 50/hour we shouldn't see that.
You should check policyd configuration and to tests showing that when the limit is exceeded emails are not sent.
