YOU NEED TO BE LOCATED IN THE USA, ENGLAND, OR CANADA TO BID FOR THIS JOB. IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE USA DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I want to comply with all ISP standards: SPF, DomainKeys, Sender ID, amount of messages per connection, retry period, etc. I would like to be able to control how many messages the server sends per hour to certain destination domains. For example, I want to be able to specify that the server can send a maximum of 200 messages per hour to yahoo.com. I would also like to comply with all ISP standards known and unknown. For example, for yahoo we need to have a control so that a maximum of 5 messages are sent per connection. Also, for yahoo, we set the delivery retry time to something yahoo is happy with--i dont know what that is. We will need to tweak it. Furthermore, the right individual will also have prior experience whitelisting with yahoo and aol.
