DNS expert required to sort out my DNS mess in WHM

I have a VPS hosting account with CPanel/WHM. The email when I signed up told me the wrong IP addresses for my server, and so I had to contact the hosting support who said they fixed the DNS in my WHM DNS zone settings. However, the damn nameservers are NOT resolving for more than 30 hours and usually the nameservers will resolve in about 1 or 2 hours. So the host support has screwed up the DNS settings again, and I need a good system admin to go in there and set up my records. Probably needs the right info in the A records, MX records and nameservers. Then I need to you to tell me once and for all what the hell my damn nameserver IPs should be in my domain registrar settings. I am getting a bit pissed off with it all, and I want it done by someone who is a highly experienced sys admin. Not a bedroom PHP novice who knows a bit about servers. I know a bit about servers myself, but this is strictly for a specialist in DNS./ Chancers, please do not apply. I really want to pay $20 for this, but seeing as $30 is the minimum freelancer is allowing I suppose I am stuck with paying it so I can get on with some damn work.
