A simple rewriting of 500 words ..for Native Speaker only

Okay , Dear Freelancers from English Speaking Countries , I have already written some words about one of my upcoming events . It will be held on March 2013.. in my writing, I include 1. the schedule of the Campaign (Event)...Time..Place etc 2. Description of the Campaign 3. Reason behind the campaign I will submit this to the office for approval. As, I am not a Native English Speaker it doesn't makes a good sense . So, please go through the words and simply rewrite it in a perfect English. There is no question of CS passing, as, it is written by me and published nowhere :) I only need PERFECT ENGLISH ..
