Audit Recorded Phone Calls Effectiveness

In this job you listen to recordings of inbound calls received by a retail business. These calls are posted on a webpage. > You would be supplied with a list of which calls you would be listening to on the webpage. > You would also be supplied with a spreadsheet to record certain information from the calls to the spreadsheet > You would also be supplied with a written information guide that explains what specific information you are listening for and how to record it on the spreadsheet > You would also be supplied with an online video tutorial to show you how to do this job with a number of examples of someone actually exactly doing what you will be doing >You will be given email access to ask any questions you might have during the project. Although you are never making any calls (just listening and recording data) it would be helpful if you had some telephone experience. The length of each call is around 3 minutes (varies from under 30 seconds to 10+minutes) This project has around 150 call to listen to and record the audit information (described above). Once you get the hang of it you can record most of the info as you're listening to the call. Accuracy is critical with this job. If your work on this is good will be many more projects just like it you could do if you are interested.
