We are in the cloud, SaaS space and are looking for some help submitting / following up on our service offerings to companies/SMBsetc and keeping track of relationships. I am looking for an administrative assistant with experience in the following areas:
1. Phone calls or cold calling
2. Admin / MBA
3. Excellent English speaking skills
4. Ability to engage the customer
The work isn't actually cold calling, but oftentimes cold calling experience is useful to know how to get through to the right person. Therefore, experience with making calls and getting through to hard to reach people is necessary for this work.
When companies have reviewed the submission their comments need to be put into the CRM / sheet.
I'll also need some help looking up companies phone numbers, time zones, URL and entering it all into the CRM from time to time.
The work is intermittent and at present around 2-3 hours per week on average, and I'm looking for someone with a flexible work schedule. The phone calls are to made mostly in the daytime India timezones.
cold calling experience the company is looking for was also a crucial part of my profile when i was working in collection. So this skill specially makes me more relevant candidate for the job.
