Collect contact details for a survey

I am conducting research for a University project and this involves getting people to complete an online survey. I need you to contact via phone hospitals around Australian and collect contact names and email addresses of the Chief Executive or Director of Medical/Nursing service AND the CIO. I will you with a list of 200 hospitals along with contact phone numbers. It is essential that you are fluent in spoken english and can accurately collect names and email addresses.
