I am seeking a virtual assistant to help me qualify leads coming in from the Internet. There are approximately 80 per month to be handled. Our company is an agency selling investment properties around Southeast Asia. The leads coming in are global, around 40% N. America, 40% Europe and 20% Asia. This being said, a very flexible schedule is required. We have an existing CRM where new verified (e-mail / phone) leads are deposited. Typically within two hours of the leads coming in, a welcome e-mail needs to go out along with a call to the client to explain the project in more detail. If the client is interested in learning more or having a more in-depth discussion, the assistant would then set an appointment with myself or another senior sales person. We are open to various compensation plans for this project including hourly, per-appointment and with\/without commission. All leads will be tracked within the CRM for transparency.
