B2B Telemarketing Appointment Setting - Long Term Possible

We need an experienced b2b telemarketing expert to provide us with a one week trial appointment setting campaign. We need 15 appointments per week with business in our region. We will pay up to $10 per appointment (minus any cancellations or no-shows) and a $20 bonus for appointments that turn into sales. Payment will be made the Friday following the week of the appointment. We will not pay for any of the appointments if you do not set at least 10. If your appointments are good and you are easy to work with, we can repeat this process indefinitely.
You will be calling businesses so please indicate your experience getting past gatekeepers and setting appointments with US businesses. We will provide the leads to call as well as the software to make the calls via VOIP. All activity will be tracked, so note taking is important. English is essential and you should not have a heavy accent as we are calling in the midwest. US citizens who bid, and who show consistent results, may be given the option of long-term employment with benefits.
Our product is electricity. We will go to the appointment to analyze the business' current electric rate and offer them a lower rate than they are currently paying. Please ONLY bid if you can meet our price requirements and have experience in B2B cold calling.
We may go as high as $15 per appointment for a highly professional appointment setter. Please indicate the lowest rate per appointment that is acceptable to you.
