Developing a database for CWB

This project is to develop a database using a combination of 'freeware' and 'designed' elements. The database needs to allow the subscriber to input their own information including a specified CV, and update their own information, The database needs to support the administrator by; allowing subscribers to self-nominate and be authorised by a process of approval and evaluation according to endorsement by two pre-existing members and then automatically being billed for their membership. Administration needs to; invoice and receive payment on-line, send group emails, and post events for subscribing to. Additionally, another group of users needs to search the CV criteria and contact directly selected members. Additionally, we may want to look at 'value-adds' such as bulleting boards etc.
