Business Card that can be downloaded from mobile applications like iphone, android, blackberry etc.

My company has a free prescription card that I would like mobile phone users to be able to download using various phone application systems ex: iphone,android,Black Berry ect. ? and also be able to download from my website. ? They will show this card to the pharmacies from their mobile device to receive discounts. I would also like for customers be able to forward this prescription card to other mobile users.? ## Deliverables ? I am attaching the card these are not the actual #s'. I will forward the actual card once the job is accepted. Thanks
