Access Control Software

I am looking to build a simple Access control software that would work with a Magnetic door lock.

The software should be very simple basically It should allow me to enter a list of Barcode numbers which would unlock the door

Hardware I already have

* Honeywell Orbit MS7120 Barcode Scanner

* Magnetic Door lock

* ?

* ?

* ?

* Etc

You would need to recommend other hardware that I would need to purchase. The recommendation would need to be done before the bid acceptance so I can approximate the total cost of the project, once we have a list of hardware required you can start writing software.

I would like a coder who has previous experience in Access control software.
