Remove fake Instagram & Twitter followers from account w/ a mix of real/fake followers

Many years ago, fake followers were purchased for a Twitter account and an Instagram account. The instagram has about 8,000 followers, and the Twitter about 3,000 The reason this project is difficult is that some of the followers are real, but most are fake. We need the obvious fake/spam followers removed. There is software that does this but no longer exists - it was called InstagramExcorcist There are still SOME apps out there that can detect "fake" followers and remove them. The "Cleaner" for instagram app on the iTunes store does work - you get to whitelist your real followers, but you still have to manually select a list of followers to block so they no longer follow you. The problem is that it only works to a point - it does the blocks in batches so instagram doesn't detect it, but it no longer works for me. Instagram has somehow detected I was using a service to do bulk blocking of users and now, the Cleaner app no longer loads my followers.
