Create a Landing Page

I need a landing page created. On the page will be the following things: * a headline (that I will give you) * a video that I will give you to upload * a web form (that I have already created in Aweber) - you just cut and paste into position * link to "FAQ" - that I will give you * link to "privacy policy" (that I will give you) * link to "about the author" (that I will give you) * you need to put my web site name at the bottom of page, plus my individual keywords that I will give you * Opt in box must be above the fold (the example I will provide for you is below the fold). You need to move the box up to the right hand side of the video, and forget about the arrow on my example. I no longer require the arrow. * load it up through an ftp program for me After this I need you to repeat it (using the template). In total I need 25 opt in pages created. They will be identical, except for the following things: each page has a unique title (that I will give to you) each page has a different keyword group listed in the bottom right hand corner (so just cut the old one out, paste the new one in). They can all be loaded up, after I have checked them. That's it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows XP and Vista??
