I am looking for someone to create an application package / installer for a Windows based application. The program is a WFP based application with all files within a single folder (there are additional subfolders - but the application runs from within the folder). I would like to use NSIS as the installer solution... with a custom splash screen, default user install folder, and acceptance of terms required to initiate the installation. I would also want to ensure the deployment works with Win7, 8, and 10...
