Design an iPhone App for a New Dental Brand -- 2

We are looking for a clean and easy-to-navigate mobile app design that ties in with our brand image. This app should: - Align with the company description (see above). - Be attractive to mothers of young families. - Be designed with a view towards implementation in iOS. We are looking for someone to the design the layout of the app only, not to implement the app. The app should have the following sections: Sign In Family - Patients are able to view each person in their family and their last visit, dental history, and the amount still remaining in their healthcare fund. Snap - Patients are able to snap images of dental issues in their mouth, which will be linked to an external image recognition service, and an initial cost estimate given. Call - Directs you to call Telehealth, an external service with trained people, who help you diagnose a dental issue over the phone and provide a cost estimate. Account - Allows you to view account details, including the money and credits you have left on your dental prepaid account, and the credit card being charged (with an option to enter details). Costs - Allows you to find particular procedures and get an approximate price for each. Company Information: Avalon is an innovative dental brand tailored to suit modern living. Our professional service, integrated app, and accessible centres with kids spaces are designed to make trips to the dentist easy. We have also developed a competitive pricing system that makes costs transparent before the consult, making us unique amongst dental health providers. Centres will be opened in Australia and Singapore.
