Clone (or close to clone) of You Tube Video

First, I make my own videos with Vegas Video, so when you bid, understand that I know what I'm talking about. I would create this myself, but due to time constraints, I have to outsource it.

I need a video created that is pretty much a clone of that... **HOWEVER**, I would want it changed just enough so it does not seem like it was stolen from YT. It would need to be created in HD and delivered in mp4. When completed I would upload to vimeo (I have a pro account there) then embed it on my site in HD.
**I do NOT** want you to simply grab the video from YT and deliver it to me... I could easily do that myself. This should be a NEW VIDEO... but using that one as a model.
It can be changed slightly when/if necessary and using your own creativity, but do not stray far from what is already good.
$25 bonus if completed over the weekend.
