Adobe Premiere/After Effects expert wanted - Title creation, consultancy, support

Premiere/After Effects expert wanted to support new business launch. We have several requirements. These include production of titles in After Effects for import into Premiere, general consultancy on best practice, effective workflow techniques. We are launching a business which is produces lots of videos with a final run time of around 2.5 minutes. For each video we need into/exit titles along with some text titles at points. Reason for outsourcing this and using After Effects is we want a consistent very high quality production with minimal production time. Hence the focus on an effective workflow. You must be able to demonstrate examples of very high quality, clean, professional post production. It's very easy to produce terrible looking, heavy handed effects of spinning text, flames or raiding the 3rd party add-on packs. This is not what we want!
