We are seeking a virtual assistant for chat room for North American region 1 Shift available are from 8am - 8pm EST You are a call center agent (working from home) taking inbound chats to answer questions about the company and helping people navigate through a website. . We've been around for a while . . . and we're here to stay. Because of this, we do have a screening process. A resume is not required, but helpful. A background in sales is always helpful, because while you are not selling, you do want to have the right attitude and enthusiasm during the chat to encourage people to use our company. You must have a professional speaking voice, reliable phone and internet. ****** Here are just a few of the reasons why this is the best opportunity.... *No calls, these are inbound chats, there is absolutely NO calling ever. *We love all accents *You type 40-60 wpm *You cut & paste from the script *You are paid weekly *You are never alone -- we provide all team members with training, support and all the resources needed to be successful -- including live coaching via Skype. *You can work from home as long as you have reliable internet access * 7 days a week are available This will require several days training and a exam to test your grammar skills Bids over $1 an hr will be declined Thank you for your interest.
