Copy Competition listings and paste them on another website

Im starting a competition website, however i need to have competitions listed on the website in order to get traffic, so i need you to get competition data from other websites in New Zealand (i have the URLs) and copy that data and paste it onto my website. its about 10 hours work i suspect but on completion i have many other tasks that need doing
