Data Extraction from Gmail

I need some help extracting information from a lot of forwarded email communications to a gmail account i setup.

it requires accessing gmail, using excel spreadsheet for data extraction, filter duplicate entries

## Deliverables

login to gmail account

go to oldest message 1st.

All the messages are new.

Open email message

Select to "view as Text"

Look for section in email context: "this sale, which was placed by =

William Thomas (email:maritimebldrs@[login to view URL])"

Open Excel spreadsheet program

Copy/Paste Name / EMAIL address into excel spreadsheet into seperate columns: Name | Email

Must be done for each attachment within each email... There is currently 75 emails with roughly 10- 20 attachments.

Label email through gmail with "complete" once finished with all attachments within email.

Move onto next email with attachments, extract required data to excel spreadsheet.

Filter columns for duplicate entries.
