Data formatting

Need someone to format text that has been copied into a WYSIWYG editor.? We will be basically tranferring a pdf to html. I provide the editor (online). I will "save as text" some pdfs. You will format the results? to match the pdfs. It will be done in a? WYSIWYG html editor, online, so it works similar to MS Word. The formating will include: 1.) Mostly, getting rid of line breaks. The pdfs save as text,? with their lines a certain length (with a <br> at the end). The <br>s need to be removed by putting the cursor at the end each line and pressing delete, until the 2 lines come together, making sure that there is a space between the 2 words that come together. 2.) Also maintain the <p> between paragraphs. You will have the pdf to refer to for where the breaks should and shouldn't be. 3.) Some pdfs will have a couple of tables, but when the text is pasted into the editor, the tables don't copy. You will have to put the info back into a table. Again, it's pretty easy, you don't have to set up the html for the table, just have the editor do it, and then copy and paste the info into the right cells. 4.) Some pdfs save their text too small, using a "size=1" sized font. You will need to know some html in that case, so that you can switch to the html view and remove the font tags that cause the too-small type. 5.) You will need to put list items bullets back in? (again using the? WYSIWYG editor.? 6.) Sometimes some of the text is in a shaded box, so in that case, you would need to create the box (a table with one cell and a border) and add a background color to it (again using the? WYSIWYG editor). 7.) Some pdfs have images. In that case, you would need to cut the image (there is a tool in Acrobat that will do it), paste it into a program that will accept it (Frontpage, Word, maybe others), and save it using the a number I will give you, in a sequence (number-1, number-2, number-3, etc.) and then either send them to me, or insert them into the formatted text. I think that's about it. The pdfs run between 7 and 30 pages. Once you get the hang of the formatting, it goes pretty fast. Please bid on 2 pdfs to start. One has 17 pages, 10 shaded boxes, and 2 tables. The other has 9 pages, 24 bullet points, and 1 shaded box. I have 150 that need to be done, plus possibly more. ## Deliverables You will need to be somewhat familiar with HTML. Will need a program to paste pix into like Frontpage or Word.
