Daily shift report for retail business

Create a program with easy user interface to calculate shift cash balance. In retail convient store business, cashier should be able enter the data so that software will calculate and provide what should be final cash in the drawer. There is multiple shifts per day (weekday 3 shifts and weekend 2 shifts). I have Microsoft Dynamics 2.0 POS system. At the end of each shift employee runs X report and should enter the data in the program. At the end of each day (Night), employee runs Z report, which will reset the counters in POS system. Z report data entered by employee should be able to create a excel spreadsheet which can be saved and send it to accountant for bookkeeping. More details contact me.
