Active X Project

We need an ActiveX control, which can act as queue for users. We have limited resources which can be accessed via activeX control only. Say example : 5 resources. Current scenario : It means only 5 users can access the resource and any new users should wait until the previous users release the resources. What we want : [login to view URL] want to control the timing of the users accessing particular resource and we need a timeout for particular users say 10 mints per user. Should be configurable. [login to view URL] new users is trying to access a busy resource he should be informed that there is a waiting time of soo many mints. [login to view URL] shall access any resource and each resource shall have its own time-out and waiting time. Please give me a demo and i will award that right away to you.
