Automating Quickbooks import into SQL based .NET application

We have developed a custom database application on? MS SQL using .NET that provides greater reporting capabilities with our Quickbooks Premier Contractor edition of our projects to our clients.? The goal was to have a dynamic link btw Quickbooks and our database application. Unfortunately b/c Quickbooks does not use a relational database we have had to rely on QODBC for the dynamic link into the database application.? However, QODBC has limitations and the data that is imported is not 100% consistent with the data in Quickbooks and hence we have had to manually import, which is not efficient. The purpose of this project is to automate as much, if not all, the import process so that minimal human intervention is required.? I am open to business process improvements if required, however, a detailed step by step document of the manual import process is enclosed for review and represents the scope of work.
