DNS integrity check software

**DNS integrity Check tool** We own some DNS server hosting some domains and we need a tool that check the integrity of all the zones from an external server. We have all the zones and data archived in a database and we have to compare them with the real response of the servers. We need it in visual basic with data stored on a MYSQL db and configuration in .ini files. ## Deliverables As data we actually have stored on db (I'll give you the db schema after bid acceptance): - Domain name - Soa - Serialnumber - Adminemail - Refresh - Retry - Expire - MinimunTTL And the for every zone the corresponding records: - Type (MX, CNAME, A, AAAA,NS,TXT, ETC.) - Name (@, www, etc) - Value ([login to view URL], [[login to view URL]][1], etc.) - Priority (used only for MX type records) Then I have a list of nameservers to be checked for all those domains So I need a tool that, starting from those data checks the integrity of ALL elements and give me a report of all wrong zones with the detail of the issue so that I can solve the problems. The software will check data zone by zone and not nameserver per nameserver to avoid something like an auto DDos attack. So it will have to check in this way to be more clear (es. with 2 nameservers): - Check first thing in ns1 - Check first thing in ns2 - Check 2nd thing in ns1 - Check 2nd thing in ns2 - Check 3rd thing in ns1 - And so on ? I need to configure also the following: - The software have to be scheduled on scheduled task on windows server 2003 and above - I can set a ms pause between each check - I can manually pause the tool - I want the error log stored on a new mysql db and you will create the schema for that - I want it to send me a final report for the issue found in email (so I have to place somewhere smtp emailfrom and emailto data) - I can see the realtime detailed logs when started manually to debug it better There should be no limits to the number of domains, records and nameservers checked on every play of the software. It should be all but suggestions and improvements are appreciated to win easier the bid.
