Hi I need to build a classifier based on two generalized Choquet integrals using genetic algorithms with C++ programming. The idea is to find the best classifier with the least misclassification rate. Each chromosome is the countour of a pair of two Choquet integrals with opposite directions. What I can provide is the relating material and the mathematical definition and calculation of the Choquet integrals. What I do need is an expert who can program all these to find the best classifier ( chromosome). Also, I need the graphs along with the programming code and the algorithms to explain the programming step by step.
The cost that I can accpet is the maximum $480 for the whole project. But I have a deadline 21st of April 10 pm CST. And I will use Visual Studio 2008 to test the result and see if the graph that you obtained is right or not to check the accuracy.
The calculation of the Choquet integrals can be found in material 4. The idea of the classifier can be found in the materials.
