Create Simple Address GeoCoder in Visual Basic

COMPLETED PROJECT MUST BE IN VISUAL STUDIO 2005 OR 2008. COMPLETED PROJECT MUST BE IN VB.NET (VISUAL BASIC) COMPLETED PROJECT MUST INCLUDE SOURCE CODE This is a very simple geocode application exercise. The application must read C:\Geocode\[login to view URL] ([login to view URL] sample is attached to this project.) The application must look up the longitude and latitude coordinates for each international address in [login to view URL] The application must write out the results in C:\Geocode\[login to view URL] [login to view URL] should have four columns: Column 1: The complete original address Column 2: The latitude of the address Column 3: The longitude of the address Column 4: The reliability of the longitude/latitude lookup Reliability column should have a single digit in it: 0 = Address not found 1 = Address matched 2 = Similar address found Any map geocoding service is okay to use as long as it is internationally reliable.
