Automobile Gauges in Visual Basic 6

I need someone to make a program in Visual Basic 6 to show pointers on a car's gauges where the needles on the gauges move according to the values of each gauge. 1) Software is to display an image of car gauges on the background of the screen. I have provided the image of car gauges in 4 different colors (see files under folder named “Gauges”). The software should allow the user to choose which image to use as the background image, thus allowing the user to change the color of the gauges. 2) Screen size should fit on a monitor showing resolution of 800x600. 3) Software should allow the user to choose the color of the needles which will be displayed over the gauges. I have provided images of the needles in 4 different colors (see files under folder named “Needles”). Images of needles show 3 different sizes of needles on each image. You will have to use photoshop to extract an image of each needle and make a new image for each needle color for each size. 4) Please see the attached file “Sample - Gauges with [login to view URL]” which shows how the screen will look when the needles are displayed over the gauges. 5) On a separate Form, please make text boxes for the user to enter a value for "Speed", "RPM", "Fuel", "Battery", “Oil Pressure”, and "Temperature". Values entered will be from 0-100% for all gauges with increments of 0.5%. 6) Software will then turn the needle on the corresponding gauge based on the value entered by the user. 7) When needles are shown over the gauges, it should look realistic and look PERFECT. The needles should not erase or change any of the numbers or lines on the gauges unless the needle is covering a part of it. Any part of the numbers or lines on the gauges that are not covered by the needles, they should show perfectly. 8) If you have any ideas about how to make the gauges look more futuristic (or example lines or numbers glowing when the needle goes over it), then please let me know. I am open to your suggestion on how to make the gauges more interesting and futuristic. Thank You.
