Convert a Template to a Website

I am looking for an Excel and VBA Expert.  We have a previously built a macro in an excel file that takes an internal report and converts it to a client facing report by the click of a "CONVERT" button. This job involves analysing the existing script and understanding how it works in fine detail. Once it is understood, we need the following changes/updates made: 1. Remove data filters from all worksheets before converting (on clicking the CONVERT button, this will happen before the actual conversion occurs) 2. Save the internal document before running the macro script.(on clicking the CONVERT button, this will happen before the actual conversion occurs) - Before saving, lock all previous date data with password. Then save it, then convert it. Idea is that once the data has been converted, you cant change the old (internal file) data on the template file without a password. 3. Currently, a folder is created for month if it doesn't exist already (taking the last month from the data worksheet and creating a folder - i.e for January the folder is called 01). We need to create a folder for year as well if it doesn't exist yet (for 2015 - '15') I will supply the original project scope to give context of what the actual macro does, to help find the best way to achieve the above without breaking the existing implementation:[login to view URL]  You must have previous experience doing a similar task.
