Create VB script to monitor folder; when a file is place into it, delete some files

I wish to create a script that will monitor a folder(A): If a file is placed in this folder(A), the script will clear all files from another folder(B) and then delete the file that has been placed into the folder(A). I have a VB script which monitors another folder and performs other actions; this could be used as a model for creating the new script if needed.
