D-link VTA phone adapter setting need help (sip, voip service related issues) - repost

i have a phone adapter, a D-link VTA phone adapter. i am using a voip service of china. now i am located in Shanghai. When i make a local call to other phone in shanghai, i dont want to put the area code(021). Because now i still need to dial 021 first. i know that there is something in the digit map that need to be changed. Pls see the attached for the current setting of my phone adapter. again the country code of china is +86 and the area code of shanghai is 021, hope this can help. i will give 1 usd for this work, its quite easy work. i think people in american can do it. current digit map: *xx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|911|0xx.T
