aggressive website promotion

Once we have our website up we will need someone to aggressively market/promote it online to draw customers. Our service will build ebrochures for customers. Once we have our service site built and found the designer to build ebrochures we will need someone to promote our service via: blogs, forums, directories, affiliate marketing, SEO etc please provide an estimate to do this and also examples of work where you have done this for other websites looking to draw customers. We will also need references to at least a few of those sites where you did this work already. We will commence with this work in about 1-2 months time after the website has been built. please only respond if you have had significant experience drawing traffic to websites and if you are prepared to show references of those sites you did this for already. thank you
