I am looking to create a yelp like review site for reviewing nursery schools. I am a developer myself, but currently do not have the bandwidth to complete this personal project. The skills required are data scraping from a public site and web development (I could be convinced to use something like Wordpress, but Ruby on Rails is my preference). I am comfortable either modifying a template or building something with a bootstrap type framework.

I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $250 - $750 USD.
