Build and customize new Magento website with data you will scrape from Ebay store

I have a new version of the Magento community version shopping cart installed on my Godaddy VPS server. It has a basic "Absolute" skin installed. It has NO catalog or products / categories yet. It can be seen here:

As can be seen it is only a basic install, and has no catalog or pages that function yet etc.
I need to have it completed ready for visitors and with the following tasks completed.
1. Products scraped from my Ebay store at [login to view URL]
I have about 6300 products in the catalog.
The Magento catalog needs to be built with the product information from my Ebay store, thumbnail and larger photos, pricing, title, descriptions, SKU, category etc. so a detailed scrape will be necessary. I only want the first portion of the Ebay descriptions, probably only the first few lines, the description data that indicates the product size, type etc. The whole text of the Ebay template is not needed and is redundant.
To do this the project needs to be completed by someone with experience in working with Ebay scrapes. It is not easy data to work with, you probably need to write a program or script to get the data needed and then rework it for Magento, and then import it as needed to Magento. You will also need to be solid on Magento.
2. Setup Magento custom pages and setup as needed.
Configure the Paypal and credit card integration, shipping and payments also need to be correctly set, additional modules as needed and some extra pages as well, including some forms pages, information, contact pages, catalog download page etc. I need the email subscription callout to be removed from the new user form and from all pages (I have an different email subscription needed to be implemented). Other callouts need adjusting to display as I need them to etc.
3. You will re-organize some DNS settings and setup the SSL certificate. I have the SSL purchased and ready to activate and setup on the same Godaddy account. I have 1 or 2 domains that also need to be pointed to this server.
4. You must be willing to ensure this new server up and running to how I need it. Magento running smoothly with the catalog in place and tweaked as I need it.
You must stay within budget.
I require DAILY updates, either through Freelancer chat or email. If I do not get the updates I will consider that the project has been abandoned. I need to be kept interactive with the project tasks.
You need to have good experience with:
Magento knowledge (knowledge of config, skins, layout and catalog integration)
Web scraping from Ebay (strong experience required)
Linux server admin
MySQL
SSL
I will need ongoing basic Linux admin and Magento support if things work out well.
