I am looking for an experienced data scraper who can find people in the United States who own, have purchased, are interested in, fix, or sell Jeep Wranglers. I need someone who can analyze and suggest where to target these Jeep Wrangler owners and collect emails of them, and then set up an email campaign to promote a website which sells jeep wrangler parts and accessories.
