We Need and Android app Developed for 9.7 tablet. The app will need to connect to a bluetooth adapter. The main features of the app are Bluetooth remote control, Access Management and Countdown Timer The bluetooth remote screen will have multiple buttons that when pressed will send out a specific bluetooth HEX value to a bluetooth adapter. This screen will also need to receive / and display information being sent back from the adapter. [login to view URL] The app needs to have access management with a Super admin. admin and users. It will need to allow for different controls depending on access. Time of Sessions (Change how long each session can be.) Fequency of Sessions (How many times you can use. Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Promotions(Coupon Code, Free Session, Affiliate.) The timing feature is a page that will have pause, start, stop a countdown timer. When the timer reaches 0 the app will send a bluetooth HEX value to the adapter. That will send out bluetooth commands to bluetooth receiver. There are 30 commands the app will need to send and 8 will need to receive the commands.

Seems like you are looking for an app for tablet which will be hand-held or mounted on some massaging equipment. I have vast experience on device to device(small equipments like finger print module and larger like cash dispensers) and device to PC communication through TCP-IP, RS232(Serial port), Bluetooth, etc. Able to understand and implement existing standard and propitiatory protocols as well as design protocols. As per my understanding, 1. The tablet would be with in built bluetooth capability 2. There is some equipment having rx-tx for communication. 3. You will connect the blutooth adapter to equipment 4. Tablet will pair with adapter 5. Tablet will have an UI for the selection of various options. 6. As the options are selected tablet will send commands as defined by equipments protocol(HEX or binary)
