CSS Layout and Graphic Design for Facebook App

We need a CSS layout and graphic design for a Daily Horoscope App on Facebook. The current design is using placeholders and is mostly generated server side. What you would need to do is create a nice design with CSS containers that would allow the generated items to appear correctly as part of the design. We need both a nice layout and graphics to make the buttons, borders, backgrounds etc to generate a total look. We also need the design to be cross-browser compatible. Please submit a portfolio and the most qualified candidates will receive a package with more detailed information as well as a suggested layout mockup that we would like to have implemented.
