Css3, html5 design of a software UI

I have a software with 3 pages . Login page , navigation page and calculation page (main page) It is a web app that should work on any kind of browser , internet explorer, safari, mozilla , ipad , android e.t.c I need some design improvments of the 2 or 3 screens . Login form is not important. All designes must be done through css3 and should be checked for browser compatibility actually the design is having the option panel , the results panels , the persons panel and the navigation panel Don't bid if you need more that 50$.
